 The Elsinore Storm suffered a heartbreaking loss Friday night, losing to the High Desert Mavericks 5-4. The host team led 4-3 going into the seventh inning, but the visitors scored two runs in that crucial inning. If you've never been to a Storm game, you've missed quite a treat. It's family entertainment at its best. The game remains the focal point and there is serious professional baseball talent on the field, but the mascots - Thunder and Jackpot, along with giveaways throughout the game are sure to entertain the entire family. What a great place to take the kids, grandparents, family and friends!
